    We ordered the Orange Chicken lunch meal and I enjoyed the flavor and crispiness of the chicken, we ordered rice and it was good. I like spring rolls but I don't recommend from here they are very mushy on the inside, yuck! But other than that it's good American-Chinese.

    Came in here today for dinner  was excited being that. We moved from California the front line worker johnathan has the worst attitude I've ever seen nothing close to customer service we ask for one sample he was very irritated and rolled his eyes  as if he didn't want to be there my friend asked for. A additional entree and johnathan stopped and said what the fuck Bro I work in customer service and know that you are never to use that type of language towards a customer we ended up just leaving. Shocked by the customer service that was received  this store needs to clearly get him some more training in customer service or dude needs a new kind of job hopefully someone definitely has a talk with him about customer service and professionalism

    Decent experience...there was a lot of confusion in the line area.  There were 3-4 people behind the counter just hanging around but only one person working the line that was extended to the door.  The line  process could've been more efficient.  The food was average...nothing great but nothing terrible.  It was a a quick meal with a long wait.  Overall the meal served it's purpose.

    Just don't do it.

    We were around the area with a friend and he was starving. He chose panda.

    Customer service awful.

    Dining area and the tables were really dirty.

    It was my first time there, everybody thinks that you know everything. That's so frustrating...

    So, I asked what I really want to eat. Just a little portion of fried rice, orange chicken (they told me it was amazing) and a lot of veggies.

    I started seeing that my bowl or plate was full of fried rice... chicken and the server, asked me if I want the veggies on the side (little red box), btw it was only broccoli and cabbage (they looked awful for me, they looked just defrost and full of water)

    I asked her another option of veggies. She said we have this one but it's $1,25 more and as you are upgrading your plate will cost $1,25 more.

    Hold on there I said to myself! For $8 I eat in my favorites Chinese spots, with the veggies I want, including shrimps or any meat and also a spring roll.

    So, I knew if I was going to eat that I was going to regret. When the cashier told me that it was almost $22 for both, I asked if I can leave mine. And have only the drink. It took them like 15' to charge my friend 's order and 2 drinks. In the meantime, asking me why I wanted to do that.

    I came to a point that I just tell them, I want a refund on mine. I'm not hungry. Because I explained every person, manager what I wanted and what happened.

    I don't know what is so special about this place while there are a lot of Chinese spots much better with the food quality, customer service, cleanliness.

    Never going back.

    Got to admit this is a new way of doing things. Customers 12-15 people deep and the staff just standing around and not taking anyone's order literally just standing there. At first I was angry but then I realized that this is probably my fault for walking into the worst run Panda Express in America. After 20 minutes of waiting in line I cut my losses and left. Wouldn't hurt to sweep the floor once in a while too
